Seven central eco-environmental protection supervision teams have been set up, headed by Zhang Baoshun, Jiao Huancheng, Geng Huichang, Huang Longyun, Jiang Jufeng, Li Jiaxiang and Yu Guangzhou, and deputy leaders Zhai Qing, Zhao Yingmin and Liu Hua, vice ministers of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, respectively responsible for the three provinces (cities) of Beijing, Tianjin and Zhejiang. Two central enterprises, China Aluminum Group Co., Ltd., and China Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., carried out supervision work, and carried out supervision pilot projects in two departments of the State Energy Administration and the State Forestry and grassland Administration. The inspection team will adhere to the problem-oriented and result-oriented, focus on supervising the implementation of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thinking in relevant provinces (cities), central enterprises and departments, and the important instructions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and other central leading comrades on ecological civilization construction and ecological environment protection, and promote the implementation of the party Central Committee and the State Council's decision-making arrangements for ecological civilization construction and ecological environment protection, such as the battle for pollution prevention and control. Implement the new development concept and promote high-quality development. For the localities, it is also necessary to supervise the implementation of the responsibilities, responsibilities, and work of the relevant provincial departments, prefectural and municipal party committees and the government for the protection of the ecological environment; and for the central enterprises, it is also necessary to supervise the environmental law-abiding of their subordinate enterprises and the implementation of their ecological and social responsibilities.

While supervising local and central enterprises, this batch of inspectors launched a pilot project for supervising relevant departments of the State Council at the same time. Focus on whether the foothold of the department's work and the formulation and revision of policy documents are in line with the requirements of implementing Xi Jinping's ideas on ecological civilization and new development concepts, and focus on inspecting the deployment, promotion, supervision and guidance of key tasks for the construction of ecological civilization within the scope of the department's functions, as well as the handling and disposal of outstanding eco-environmental problems. Through inspectors, we should constantly consolidate the dual responsibility of ecological environment protection from the aspects of strengthening planning, strengthening industry management, and promoting the establishment and improvement of a green development policy system.

In the process of supervision, the inspection team will resolutely serve the overall situation of the country's economic and social development, resolutely serve the "six stability" and "six guarantees", strengthen precision supervision, scientific supervision, and supervision in accordance with the law, and grasp the direction and focus of supervision. Pay more attention to the implementation of the new development concept, promote high-quality economic and social development with a high level of protection of the ecological environment, pay more attention to the completion of the task of pollution prevention and control, and contribute to a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way; we will focus more on key tasks such as environmental infrastructure construction, ecological restoration and control, and environmental risk prevention and control, so as to accelerate the restoration of economic and social order.

The inspection team will strictly enforce discipline and rules, constantly enhance the "four consciousness", strengthen the "four self-confidence", achieve the "two maintenance", conscientiously implement the "regulations on the work of the Central Supervision of Ecological and Environmental Protection," abstain from formalism, lighten the burden on the grass-roots level, and promote the work of supervision in a steady, effective and orderly manner.
